Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat for about 1 minute.
  2. Place a sheet of rice paper onto the hot pan and lightly coat with chili oil.
  3. Layer chicken ham slices evenly over the rice paper.
  4. Sprinkle grated cheese over the chicken ham.
  5. Whisk eggs and pour over the cheese and ham-layered rice paper.
  6. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the edges of the rice paper are golden brown.
  7. Fold the rice paper over to form a half-moon shape.
  8. Sprinkle chopped scallion greens and drizzle sriracha sauce on top before serving.
