  • 1 teaspoon Amchur powder optional; lemon juice can be used as substitute
For Aromatics
  • 2 cloves Garlic grated
  • 1 inch Ginger grated
For Cooking
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil or avocado oil/melted ghee
For Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped cilantro
