- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
- Mash ripe bananas until smooth in a large bowl.
- Add honey, eggs, melted butter or coconut oil, and vanilla extract to mashed bananas and mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
