- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly, then poke holes in each potato with a fork. Wrap them in aluminum foil.
- Place the wrapped potatoes on the middle rack of the oven and bake for about 1 hour until tender.
- While the potatoes bake, heat a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the ground beef, draining excess grease.
- Sprinkle in the taco seasoning and the required water; bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove the potatoes, let cool, cut slits on top, and fluff the insides with a fork.
- Fill each potato with the ground beef mixture and top with your choice of lettuce, cheese, sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
