Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Arrange 1 pound of shrimp in a single layer in the skillet, cooking for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  4. Whisk together ¼ cup of sweet chili sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, and optional sriracha in a separate bowl.
  5. Pour the prepared sauce over the cooked shrimp, tossing to coat and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, then serve immediately over rice or noodles.
