  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Half-and-half or coconut cream as a dairy-free alternative.
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated; substitute with Pecorino Romano or nutritional yeast for vegan.
To Season
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Adjust according to taste.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sear the Steak: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak pieces and sear for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Prepare the Garlic Sauce: In the same skillet, lower the heat and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds. Add heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  4. Combine Steak and Pasta: Return steak to the skillet, add drained pasta, and toss everything to coat in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Finish with Cheese and Seasoning: Stir in Parmesan cheese, taste, and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Optionally add lemon juice.
  6. Serve Immediately: Plate the pasta warm and garnish with extra Parmesan and fresh herbs.
