- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, oregano, black pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly until well-blended.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet on a floured surface to 1/8 inch thick.
- Spread the filling evenly over half of the puff pastry, fold over, and slice into 1-inch wide strips. Twist each strip into spirals.
