For the Rice

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and chili flakes, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Stir in soy sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  3. In a separate pan, heat sesame oil over high heat and stir-fry broccoli, red bell pepper, mushrooms, and zucchini for 4-5 minutes. Add garlic and soy sauce, mixing well.
  4. Prepare the jasmine rice according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water, cook in a saucepan with water until fluffy.
  5. Assemble the bowl with a scoop of jasmine rice, topped with stir-fried veggies and ground beef. Drizzle with sauce and garnish as desired.
