Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the skillet for about 5 minutes over medium-high heat.
  2. Lightly brush the outside of the tortillas with mayonnaise.
  3. Smash a quarter of the ground beef onto one half of each tortilla, seasoned liberally with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Cook the filled tortilla beef-side down for about 2-3 minutes until edges turn golden.
  5. Flip the quesadilla, sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef, fold, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Remove from skillet, let rest for about 1 minute, then slice into triangles.
