  • 2 tablespoons Neutral oil E.g. olive or avocado oil
  • 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix Can use homemade onion mix
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the potato pieces with neutral oil and onion soup mix.
  3. Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Season the chicken with chicken seasoning and toss green beans with oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Remove the baking sheet, move potatoes to one side, and arrange chicken and green beans.
  6. Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  7. Pour BBQ sauce over chicken and bake for another 5–8 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven, let it rest for a few minutes, then serve.
