Cooking Steps
  1. Boil a large pot of water over high heat. Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions, about 5-7 minutes, until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking it apart, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar. Add red pepper flakes, bring to a gentle simmer, and cook for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Add drained noodles, chopped green onions, and sliced bell peppers to the skillet. Toss gently to combine and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, plate the noodles, garnish with extra green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot.
