Cooking Steps
- Boil a large pot of water over high heat. Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions, about 5-7 minutes, until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking it apart, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar. Add red pepper flakes, bring to a gentle simmer, and cook for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add drained noodles, chopped green onions, and sliced bell peppers to the skillet. Toss gently to combine and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
