- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lay a flour tortilla flat and layer two slices of provolone cheese, followed by 3 ounces of deli roast beef and a handful of French fried onions. Brush the inside edge with olive oil.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from the filling side, pressing the oiled edge to secure. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
