  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup Can substitute with cream of mushroom.
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup Can replace with an extra can of cream of chicken.
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
For the Stuffing
  • 1 box Stuffing Mix (e.g., Stove Top) Gluten-free or cornbread stuffing can be used.
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (melted)

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Grease your crockpot with cooking spray or a light layer of oil. Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and poultry seasoning.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and chicken broth until smooth. Pour over the seasoned chicken in the crockpot.
  3. In another bowl, combine the stuffing mix, water, and melted butter until moistened. Spread the stuffing mixture over the creamy sauce in the crockpot.
  4. Cover the crockpot and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or on HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it into the stuffing. Serve warm.
