- Preheat your air fryer or oven to 400°F. If frying, heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
- Cut the corn on the cob into smaller pieces and pat each piece dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, combine the corn pieces with melted butter, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until coated.
