For the Vegetables
  • 2 cups Green Beans can substitute with asparagus or broccoli
  • 2 cups Carrots can substitute with bell peppers
For the Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce low-sodium recommended
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil can substitute with avocado oil
For Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper adjust to taste
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions optional
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a large baking sheet.
  2. Lay out the salmon fillets in the center of the baking sheet, with green beans and sliced carrots arranged on either side.
  3. Spoon teriyaki sauce over the salmon, drizzle and season the veggies with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake for 16–18 minutes, until salmon flakes easily and vegetables are tender.
  5. Remove from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
