Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sliced zucchini, and halved cherry tomatoes. Add salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder to taste, and stir gently until well mixed.
  3. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  4. Pour the chicken and vegetable mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese generously over the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let cool for about 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
