  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce opt for tamari for gluten-free
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil can be substituted with coconut aminos
  • 4 pcs Green Onions chopped, use green tops for garnish

  • to taste Red Pepper Flakes optional

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by gathering all your ingredients. Shred the green cabbage and julienne the carrots so they’re ready to mix. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, adding your choice of ground meat. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Once the meat is browned, stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, soy sauce, and sesame oil into the skillet. Stir everything together and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle in salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired. Stir in the white parts of the green onions.
  6. Remove from heat and serve immediately. Garnish with the reserved green onion tops.
