Beef
  • 1 pound Beef Steak sirloin, flank, or ribeye recommended
Vegetables
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers mix of red, green, and yellow

  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
Cooking
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil for sautéing

Preparation
  1. Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl. Add sliced beef and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over high heat. Sear marinated beef in batches for 1-2 minutes until browned. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add oil, then bell peppers and onion. Sauté over medium-high for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for another minute until fragrant.
  5. Return beef to skillet with juices, add broth or water, and stir. Cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
