  • 1 small red onion can use yellow onion for milder taste
  • 1/2 cup crispy bacon bits optional
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and instant yeast. Allow it to sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add all-purpose flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead the dough for 6–8 minutes until smooth and elastic, then cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the dough, sprinkle half of the sharp cheddar cheese on the pan, then place dough on top, pressing edges to seal.
  4. Spread BBQ sauce over the dough, leaving a border. Evenly distribute mozzarella, remaining cheddar, red onions, bacon bits, and BBQ ribs.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheeses are melted. Let the aromas fill your kitchen.
  6. Remove from oven and drizzle with BBQ sauce. Sprinkle with parsley and slice to serve.
