Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  2. Add the sliced smoked sausage or kielbasa to the skillet and cook for about 5–7 minutes until browned.
  3. Remove the sausage and add 1 diced red bell pepper, sautéing for 3 minutes; add 2 minced garlic cloves and cook for another 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in 3 cups of chicken broth, 1 cup of heavy cream, 1 packet of dry ranch seasoning mix, and 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika.
