  • 1 teaspoon Thyme fresh or dried
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley fresh or dried

Method
 

Preparation Steps

  5. Simmer on low for 30-40 minutes until flavors deepen and vegetables are tender.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, adding a splash of vinegar or lemon juice before serving.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs alongside crusty bread.
