- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in diced onions and sliced mushrooms, cooking for 5-7 minutes. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
- Return browned beef to skillet and mix in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and beef broth. Simmer for 5 minutes, then stir in sour cream.
- Cube the hamburger buns and layer them in a greased casserole dish. Pour beef mixture over bread cubes.
- Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese over the top of the casserole.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from oven, let rest for a few minutes, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
