For the Veggies
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes Sweet and caramelized.
  • 1 cup Kalamata Olives Substitute with green olives if desired.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced or sliced for deeper flavor.
For the Flavor Base
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil Generously drizzle over feta and veggies.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs (Thyme or Oregano) Customize with herbs on hand.
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes Optional for added zest.
  • 1 teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper For finishing touch.

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather a small baking dish.
  2. Place the block of feta cheese at the center of your baking dish.
  3. Scatter the cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives around the feta in the baking dish.
  4. Tuck fresh thyme or oregano sprigs among the tomatoes and olives.
  5. Generously drizzle olive oil over the feta and vegetables.
  6. Sprinkle minced garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, and cracked black pepper atop the feta and veggies.
  7. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, watching for the feta to turn golden.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm with crusty bread or vegetable sticks.
