- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather a small baking dish.
- Place the block of feta cheese at the center of your baking dish.
- Scatter the cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives around the feta in the baking dish.
- Tuck fresh thyme or oregano sprigs among the tomatoes and olives.
- Generously drizzle olive oil over the feta and vegetables.
- Sprinkle minced garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, and cracked black pepper atop the feta and veggies.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes, watching for the feta to turn golden.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm with crusty bread or vegetable sticks.
