Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.

  5. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  6. Let the cookies rest on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar once cool.
