Step-by-Step Instructions for Low Carb Chicken Casserole
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine your cooked chicken with softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. If adding vegetables, gently fold in the steamed broccoli or cauliflower into the creamy chicken mixture.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
