Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare baby potatoes by tossing them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  3. Sauté broccoli florets in olive oil for 5-7 minutes until tender and bright green. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat.
  4. In the same skillet, melt the butter and cook minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and zest.
  5. Add salmon fillets to the skillet skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy. Flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Plate the crispy potatoes and sautéed broccoli alongside the salmon, drizzling with lemon butter sauce.
