Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, parsley, salt, black pepper, and whole milk. Stir gently to incorporate everything.
  3. Turn the mixture out onto your prepared baking sheet or greased loaf pan. Shape into a loaf.
  4. Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
  5. Melt unsalted butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Mix in more Parmesan and chopped parsley until glaze thickens.
  6. Brush the creamy garlic glaze over the top of the meatloaf and return to the oven for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley.
