  • 4 fillets Salmon skin-on or skinless
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil for drizzling and cooking
  • to taste teaspoon Salt kosher or sea salt
  • to taste teaspoon Black pepper freshly cracked
For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sweet chili sauce
  • 1-2 tablespoons Sriracha adjust to spice preference
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels, drizzle olive oil on both sides, and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Place the salmon on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  4. While the salmon is baking, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  5. Once cooked, drizzle the Bang Bang Sauce over the salmon and garnish with green onions or cilantro if desired.
  6. Serve immediately with rice, salad, or roasted vegetables.
