Step-By-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly coat a 9-inch baking dish with oil or nonstick spray.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add 1 pound of shrimp, 3 minced garlic cloves, and 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes. Cook for about 2 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  3. Pour in ½ cup of white wine and the juice of 1 lemon. Season with kosher salt and black pepper to taste. Simmer for 1-2 minutes to meld flavors. Remove from heat.
  4. In a mixing bowl, blend 8 ounces of cream cheese, ½ cup of sour cream, and ¼ cup of mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in the shrimp mixture, ¼ cup of parsley, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, and ¼ cup of Parmesan. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, top with an additional ½ cup of mozzarella, and bake for 10-12 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Let dip cool slightly before serving with toasted baguette slices or pita chips.
