- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly coat a 9-inch baking dish with oil or nonstick spray.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add 1 pound of shrimp, 3 minced garlic cloves, and 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes. Cook for about 2 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
