- In a large mixing bowl, pour in the melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Add graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and chocolate chips to the mixture and stir gently until combined.
- Cover and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, or freeze for 15-20 minutes.
- Scoop out portions and roll them into balls approximately 1 1/4 inches in size.
- Roll each ball in additional graham cracker crumbs before placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
