  • 2 cups Dried Coconut unsweetened, optional
  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs gluten-free optional

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
For Rolling
  • 1/2 cup Additional Graham Crumbs optional

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, pour in the melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and chocolate chips to the mixture and stir gently until combined.
  3. Cover and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, or freeze for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Scoop out portions and roll them into balls approximately 1 1/4 inches in size.
  5. Roll each ball in additional graham cracker crumbs before placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Chill the coated balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set.
