Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine kosher salt, black pepper, and paprika. Generously season both sides of the chicken thighs with the spice mixture.
  2. Place a large skillet over medium heat and add vegetable oil. Allow the oil to heat until shimmering.
  3. Carefully add the seasoned chicken thighs to the hot skillet and sear for about 5 minutes without moving it.
  4. Flip the chicken thighs over and reduce the heat to medium-low. Continue to cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth and creamy.
  6. Remove the chicken from the skillet and cover with foil. Add the Bang Bang sauce to the skillet and simmer over low heat for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Return the chicken thighs to the skillet with the sauce. Toss gently until each piece is coated.
  8. Transfer the chicken to a serving platter or individual plates and garnish with chopped green onions.
