Prepare Brownie Base
- Combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth, then add cocoa powder and all-purpose flour. Stir until fully incorporated. Pour into a greased mini muffin tin and bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.
Make Cookie Dough
- In a medium bowl, beat together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy. Mix in milk and then gradually add heat-treated flour. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
Assemble Bites
- Roll cookie dough into balls, press onto cooled brownie bites to cover evenly.
Dip and Decorate
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Dip the tops of brownie bites into the chocolate, let excess drip off, and sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top. Chill for about 20 minutes.
