- In a large mixing bowl, add Greek yogurt, whipping cream, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Combine them in any order.
- Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, start mixing the ingredients on low speed for about 20 seconds.
- Gradually increase the mixer speed to the highest level and continue whisking for approximately 2 minutes.
- Lower the speed and stop the mixer. Gently scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula.
- Resume whisking at high speed for another 2-3 minutes until soft peaks begin to form.
