Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Toss cubed sweet potatoes, red onion wedges, and sliced bell peppers with half of the marinade until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the coated vegetables on one side of the prepared sheet pan, with the sliced smoked sausage rounds on the other side.
  5. Drizzle the remaining marinade over the sausage and toss to coat.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Optional: Broil for an additional 1 to 2 minutes for extra caramelization, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
