Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Brew 1 cup of fresh espresso and let it cool.
  2. In a blender, combine cooled espresso, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Add ice cream if desired.
  3. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds until frothy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness with more maple syrup if desired.
  5. Chill martini glasses in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Pour the mixture into chilled glasses and garnish with coffee beans and ground cinnamon.
