  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix gluten-free flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Add Greek yogurt to the dry mixture, stirring first with a fork then with your hands until it forms a sticky dough.
  4. Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces and shape each into a ball.
  5. Flatten each ball into a disc, place cream cheese in the center, and fold edges to seal.
  6. Brush tops with egg wash or spray with oil and sprinkle seasoning on each bite.
  7. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from air fryer and cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.
