  • 12 oz Lasagna Noodles Cooked al dente
  • 1 lb Shrimp Fresh, not overcooked
  • 8 oz Crab Meat Fresh lump or imitation
For the Cheese Mixture
  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Whole milk for a gooey finish
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated, for topping
For the Sauce and Flavor
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil For sautéing
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 cups Alfredo Sauce Or preferred white sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Flakes

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque. Fold in crab meat and season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  5. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, half of the grated Parmesan, 1 cup mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream until smooth.
  6. In a 9x13-inch baking dish, spread Alfredo sauce, layer noodles, cheese mixture, sautéed seafood, and repeat until ingredients are used.
  7. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
  8. Let lasagna rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
