Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, lime zest, and a pinch of salt. Add melted butter, lime juice, vanilla extract, and eggs, whisk until fully combined.

  5. Once chilled, scoop tablespoon-sized dough portions, roll into balls, and coat in powdered sugar.
