  2. Marinate the Chicken: Add chicken to the marinade and coat each piece. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Rest the Chicken: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes to ensure juiciness before slicing.
  5. Prepare Tzatziki: Grate cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture. Combine cucumber with Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
