Method
 

Steps
  1. Cut boneless, skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In one bowl, beat fresh eggs and in another bowl, place gluten-free flour blend.
  3. Dip chicken pieces into eggs followed by gluten-free flour, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  5. Fry coated chicken pieces for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy, then drain on paper towels.
  6. In a saucepan, combine fresh orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Heat until thickened.
  7. Toss fried chicken in the orange sauce until well-coated.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro. Enjoy!
