Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut boneless, skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In one bowl, beat fresh eggs. In another bowl, place gluten-free flour blend.
  3. Dip chicken pieces in eggs, then coat with gluten-free flour, shaking off excess flour.
  4. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  5. Add coated chicken pieces, frying for 4-5 minutes until golden brown, turning halfway through.
  6. Combine fresh orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger in a saucepan and heat until thickened.
  7. Gently toss fried chicken in the orange sauce until well-coated.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro.
