Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Rinse the strawberries under cool water and gently pat them dry. Hull the strawberries to remove the green tops.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until light and fluffy.
  3. Transfer the cream cheese filling into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle.
  4. Pipe the cream cheese mixture onto the flat end of each strawberry, forming a cone-like Santa hat.
  5. Create a fluffy beard using white icing or extra cream cheese, pipe a red nose, and two black dots for eyes.
  6. Add a fluffy white pom-pom at the tip of each hat and pipe a decorative belt line if desired.
  7. Refrigerate the decorated strawberries for at least 30 minutes before serving.
