Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a blender, add 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1 ripe banana, 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, and ¼ cup of mascarpone cheese. Blend on low for 15-20 seconds until combined and smooth.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon of instant coffee granules, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Blend on medium for another 20-30 seconds.
  3. If desired, add a handful of ice cubes for thickness. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste your shake and adjust sweetness with more maple syrup if needed. Blend on low for an additional 10 seconds.
  5. Pour the shake into a tall glass and sprinkle cocoa powder on top for garnish.
