Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a sealable container or mason jar, combine 1/2 cup of old-fashioned oats, 2 teaspoons of chia seeds, 2 tablespoons of light brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir gently to distribute evenly.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix 2 teaspoons of instant coffee with 2/3 cup of your choice of milk until completely dissolved. Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients in your container.
  3. Stir everything together thoroughly to ensure the oats, chia seeds, sugar, coffee, and milk are well combined.
  4. Cover your container and place it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. When ready to enjoy, remove from the fridge and stir well. Adjust consistency with a splash of milk if necessary.
  6. Top your oats with desired toppings such as whipped cream, chocolate syrup, or cocoa powder. Serve immediately.
