Step-By-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook 1 lb ground beef and 1 chopped onion until browned, about 7-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Combine ground beef and onion with 1 shredded cabbage, 1 can of diced tomatoes, 1 cup of cooked rice, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp paprika, ½ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp black pepper.
  4. Allow the mixture to simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes until softened.
