  • 0.25 cup Sliced Black Olives Kalamata olives add a bolder flavor.
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped; can substitute with basil or cilantro.
  • Salt Added to taste.
  • Black Pepper Added to taste.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add rotini pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Chop cucumber, grapes tomatoes, bell pepper, and red onion into small pieces. Place in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the cooled pasta to the vegetables in the bowl. Pour in the Italian dressing, followed by feta, olives, and parsley.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and gently toss to combine everything evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes if possible to meld flavors; otherwise serve immediately.
