Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Shred 4 cups of cabbage and set aside in a large bowl. Mince 2 cloves of garlic, grate 1 tsp of ginger, and slice 2-3 green onions.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook 1 lb of ground beef until well-browned and fully cooked.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp brown sugar substitute, and 1 tsp sesame oil. Pour over the beef and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the shredded cabbage and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender yet crunchy.
  6. Remove from heat, top with sliced green onions, and serve hot.
