- Preheat your oven by adjusting the rack to 6 inches from the broiler and setting it to high broil for 10 minutes.
- Using kitchen shears, cut along the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping just before the tail end. Pull apart the shells to butterfly the tails.
- In a bowl, combine melted butter with minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, paprika, Old Bay seasoning, and salt. Whisk until emulsified.
- Brush the exposed lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture, reserving some for later.
- Place the lobster tails cut side up on a lined baking sheet and broil for about 8 minutes, monitoring closely.
- Remove the tails and brush with reserved garlic butter mixture. Garnish with chopped parsley.
