Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven by adjusting the rack to 6 inches from the broiler and setting it to high broil for 10 minutes.
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut along the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping just before the tail end. Pull apart the shells to butterfly the tails.
  3. In a bowl, combine melted butter with minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, paprika, Old Bay seasoning, and salt. Whisk until emulsified.
  4. Brush the exposed lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture, reserving some for later.
  5. Place the lobster tails cut side up on a lined baking sheet and broil for about 8 minutes, monitoring closely.
  6. Remove the tails and brush with reserved garlic butter mixture. Garnish with chopped parsley.
