Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven's broiler to high, positioning the rack about 6 inches from the heating element.
- Using kitchen shears, carefully cut lengthwise through the top of each lobster tail shell, stopping just before the tail fin. Lift the lobster meat out, allowing it to rest on top of the shell.
- In a small bowl, melt the unsalted butter. Whisk in the minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped parsley, paprika, Old Bay seasoning, and a pinch of salt.
- Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the exposed lobster meat, reserving a small portion of the sauce.
- Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 8 minutes, or until the meat turns opaque and reaches an internal temperature of 140-145°F.
- Brush the reserved garlic butter over the top and garnish with freshly chopped parsley and lemon wedges before serving.

Notes
Avoid overcooking the lobster for the best texture. Always use fresh ingredients for optimal flavor. Store leftovers in the fridge and consume within two days.
