Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  3. Pour in the milk, vegetable oil (or melted butter), and vanilla extract. Stir gently until a smooth batter forms.

  5. Sprinkle the unsweetened cocoa powder and light brown sugar over the batter, then drizzle boiling water on top. Do not stir!
